Return & Cancellation Policy
At Masia Cadaqués, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our conditions for returns, cancellations, and exceptions for made-to-order items.
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at info@masiacadaques.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
-Unused and in original packaging.
-Including all manuals and accessories.
-Without stains, broken seals, or damaged packaging.
Custom-made items (all sofas and certain lamps) cannot be returned or refunded.
-Custom-made furniture (all sofas).
-Certain lamps made per order.
-Items used, mishandled, or purchased through third-party retailers.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Customs expenses from returns will be deducted from the refund.
If your order is defective or damaged, notify us within 72 hours with:
-Order number + proof of purchase.
-Photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping labels.
-Unboxing recording if the package is visibly damaged.
Without this documentation, replacement may not be possible.
-Returns may take up to 14 days after we receive the product.
-Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Banks may take 7–14 business days to process.
-Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase.
-Once packed or shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
-Presale or promotional orders cannot be cancelled.
-If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or to pick up the package, no refund will be issued.
